how long will delivery take?
we aim to deliver all UK orders within 5-days from order placed. our lovely warehouse partners commit to dispatching all orders within 48 hours of receipt, and all orders are sent via Royal Mail or HIVED on a 48 hour delivery service. if, due to forces outside of our control, we anticipate or experience delays in our delivery stream, we’ll do our best to keep you updated

what is your returns policy?
if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your everystate purchase, please contact our team at hello@everystate.co who will be happy to assist you
we’re happy to accept returns for unopened items in an undamaged condition, within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you. shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns are at your own expense. please let us know if you are returning an order to us and we’ll make sure our logistics team is expecting it. once we’ve received this back to our warehouse, we’ll process the refund by returning funds to your original payment method
